"During the working day we answer all calls in-house. In the evenings and at weekends all of our phone lines divert to Message Direct. The majority of calls answered out of hours relate to lift breakdowns, which means that callers are often in a distressed state. When looking for a company to use it became apparent that they are one of the few companies that offer a 24/7 live answering service that we also know to be in-house. A previous company that we used employed home workers for evening and weekend calls and we didn’t find this to be professional at all. They also send an immediate text and email.
